Akheton Corporation is a rapidly expanding faction, offering some of the highest rates of pay and perks for an independent company. Due to the rapid expansion, there are always new ranked positions opening up within the corporation giving you more chances to earn big money, more privilages, more responsibility and more respect. Along with high wages, we also offer 35% staff discount on all our products, allowing our employees to break into the personal trading market with decent products at a competitive price, with higher profits for themselves. We provide full and free healthcare for all employees injured during employment, plus discounted healthcare for any family members regardless of affiliation. We also provide up to 5 million credits worth of trading insurance, depending on the assets traded and the method of trade, protecting our employees from piracy and scammers. We also provide middleman insurance for any employees wishing to break into middling services, protecting both clients of the employee from any possible theft or accident. |

The rank and pay scale of the corporation is listed below:
Ranks are equivilent throughout the corporation, allowing easy transition between factions during transfers. Executive Level The Executive Level is classed above the factions, and are seen as the leadership of Akheton Corporation as a whole. This level comprises of the Chief Executive Officer, and other C-Level staff, such as the Chief Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Sales Officer. These people make up the Executive, and are the highest level within Akheton Corporation, often holding strategic meetings debating the future direction of the corporation. Director Level The Director Level is the leadership of specific factions. This includes the President, Vice President and the board of directors for each faction. The directors concern themselves with the tactical direction and running of their faction, such as deciding which locations to scout for more raw materials, or which vehicles to produce in bulk in preparation for a sale. Supervisor Level The Supervisor Level take care of the operational level of each faction, assigning work to specific workers and assuring the assigned work gets done, and targets get met. Supervisors may be responsible for anything between a fleet of ships, to a city, and are there to ensure everything runs smoothly in their areas. Unranked Unranked employees are assigned to certain divisions and do the simple tasks, such as deliveries or prospection. They are usually assigned just one ship, facility or vehicle and stick to the jobs they are assigned. |

If you are interested in joining Akheton Corporation, there are 2 ways you can join. You can either check the job listings below, and apply for a specific ranked job, or you can join one of our factions through the faction join page of the combine. Applications will take longer to process than simply joining the faction and usually require certain skill levels, but may result in a higher rank and wage if you are accepted. All external applications will be considered equally, but internal applications will carry more weight as we prefer to promote existing staff. However you decide to join the faction, we hope to work with you soon, and hope you enjoy working with us. |
